About The Staff
The Family
Operating Fleming Elderly Care Home is a family effort. As the Administrator, Nicole
manages all affairs. Husband Brian takes care of the gardening and house maintenance.
Thomas (age 4) and Jordan (age 2) come by the house once or twice a week, know all of
the residents by name and occasionally will have lunch or dinner with the residents.
About The Staff
As a Residential Care Facility, the experience of the staff is critical to ensuring optimal
resident care. In addition to Nicole's experience as the Lead Clinical Nurse at Sharp
Memorial Hospital, Fleming Elderly Care Home employs two former nurses. Since the home
was opened four years ago Fleming Elderly Care has employed the same small staff with
no turnover.
