--I found Fleming Elderly Care Home through the San Diego Eldercare Directory
online, and could not be happier. Both my mother and mother- in-law are residents of
this lovely facility, and we have been completely satisfied with their care. Nicole and all
the caregivers are always kind and responsive to their needs, which include both
dementia and physical debilitation issues. We live nearby and make almost daily,
unannounced visits, which are never a problem. I would recommend this facility
without hesitation. I would be happy to speak to anyone considering this residence!

--"I've been a mobile physician seeing the frail elderly and the disabled since 1999. I've
seen many residential care for the elderly (RCFE) facilities and homes, both large and
small. I love having my patients at Fleming Elderly Care. Why? I know Nicole, as an RN,
and her staff are attentive and caring, and if there's a medical or other problem brewing
I'm going to hear about it in a timely fashion. I also know that if and when I intervene,
they're going to follow up on my orders and keep me posted if results aren't as
expected. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, I see that they care! My own
Mom is in Ohio, and needs assisted living. I wish she lived here and could be at
Nicole's. It's a great place. Very 'homey' feeling, very clean, and very nice."

--We brought my dad to Fleming Elderly Care 6 months ago from a large facility. The
other place no longer served Dad's needs and he was falling through the cracks there.
At Fleming's, he has been able to relax and feel much more at home. The home is
bright and airy, the food is good and Dad has been closely watched but allowed to be
himself, with all his quirks! The caregivers are kind and conscientious. We are very
pleased with his situation and no longer worry about his well-being.
